In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account with zk9vip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. zk9vip enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of access in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of zk9vip or any of its affiliated entities or game-studio partners.
• You must not be registered on any national or international self-exclusion register or have a current self-exclusion in force on the zk9vip Platform.
• You must not have had a previous Account with zk9vip that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in partnership with, any third party when placing bets or accessing games through your Account.

Each Member may hold only one registered Account with zk9vip. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the credentials of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify zk9vip promptly of any changes via the support channel.

• One Account per person — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at zk9vip's discretion.
• Registration is free. zk9vip does not charge account opening or maintenance fees.
• Your username must not impersonate any other person, entity, or public figure.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. zk9vip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your Account is for your personal use only.
• zk9vip reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

zk9vip is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your membership, including at the time of first withdrawal, upon any change of personal details, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) for Indonesian nationals
• Valid passport (any nationality)
• Indonesian driving licence (SIM) accompanied by a supporting address document
• Bank statement from a BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon account registered in your name, dated within the last 90 days

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. zk9vip will process submitted KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Documents that are expired, partially obscured, or inconsistent with the Account registration data will be rejected, and resubmission will be required before any withdrawal is released.

All Account transactions at zk9vip are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). zk9vip does not apply currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in IDR is the exact amount credited to your Account Balance.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (most methods); Rp 25.000 for CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• Deposits are credited instantly or within minutes under normal banking conditions.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• zk9vip does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (subject to tier limits — VIP members may have higher limits).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 3 hours for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri; up to 6 hours for other methods.
• Withdrawals requested during Indonesian public holidays (e.g., Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day) may experience extended processing times.
• zk9vip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawals. This is a security measure for your protection.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the real-money portion of your Balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

zk9vip offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the respective promotion page in addition to these general Bonus Terms, which apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: New Members are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 on their first qualifying deposit of at least Rp 50.000. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: The standar dard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 1.000.000 in total wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on settled single bets and accumulators with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection; togel bets contribute 50%.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of issue and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses are automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Reload Bonuses: Weekly and monthly reload promotions are available to active Members. Eligibility is assessed based on deposit activity during the preceding calendar period. zk9vip reserves the right to adjust reload bonus availability at any time.
• Cashback Offers: Where cashback promotions are active, cashback is calculated on net losses during the specified promotional period and credited as bonus funds subject to a 1x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

All bets and wagers placed on the zk9vip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product only.

• Sports Betting: All football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia internationals — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and real-time odds movement.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. Minimum 3 selections; maximum 12 selections per slip. One void or postponed selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining selections. Minimum odds per selection: 1.20.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled based on official draw results from the relevant draw authority (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau, Japan, Cambodia). Draw times are published on the Platform and displayed in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).
• Live Casino: Live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated by certified studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). Game outcomes are final once the dealer announces the result. Technical disconnections during a live game do not entitle the Member to a refund unless the disconnection is attributable to a verified Platform fault.
• Slots: All slot titles on the zk9vip Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if a material error in odds is identified prior to settlement. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk9vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to access, probe, or scan the Platform's infrastructure, databases, APIs, or security systems without authorization.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in poker-style games, or coordinate betting patterns in a way that exploits the Platform's pricing.
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful act to deposit or wager on the Platform.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, exploiting referral programs, or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sport manipulation, or insider betting in connection with any event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made to fund your zk9vip Account.

zk9vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of the first withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Member's payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• A Member's voluntary request to close their Account.

Dormant Account Policy: An Account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. zk9vip will notify the Member at the registered email address before applying a monthly administration fee of Rp 10.000 to the dormant Account Balance. Once the Balance is depleted to zero, the Account will be archived. Members may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed by zk9vip for a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the funds are subject to legal hold or fraud investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk9vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil unrest.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in published odds, game results, or promotional terms that are corrected promptly upon discovery — zk9vip reserves the right to void bets affected by manifest errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network rather than to zk9vip's systems.

In all cases where zk9vip is found liable under applicable law, zk9vip's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

zk9vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zk9vip uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and management.
• KYC identity verification and anti-fraud screening.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported payment methods.
• Delivering promotional communications (subject to your marketing preferences, which you may update at any time via Account settings).
• Complying with applicable AML, KYC, and regulatory obligations.

zk9vip does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for payment processing, identity verification, and Platform operation.

zk9vip is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming environment. We offer a full suite of Responsible Gaming Tools that all Members are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Wagering Limits: Cap your total wager volume per day, week, or month across all products including sports, togel, slots, and live casino.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Where changes are material — affecting Member rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — zk9vip will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. Existing real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Clause 9.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, is the governing version at any given time. Previous versions are archived and available upon request via the support channel.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk9vip's operating entity is registered, as updated from time to time. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are encouraged to seek resolution through zk9vip's internal dispute resolution process:

• Submit a written dispute via the support channel, clearly describing the nature of the complaint, the transaction or event in question, and the resolution sought.
• zk9vip will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, the Member may escalate the dispute to zk9vip's designated senior review panel, whose decision will be final and binding for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000.
• For disputes exceeding Rp 50.000.000, or where the internal process fails to achieve resolution, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
